1. Who we are

ultimateoffer.co.uk is run by Ultimate Vision Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, based in Gateshead, UK. For anything in this notice, email info@ultimatevision.uk. Ultimate Vision Ltd is the data controller for the details you send through this site.

2. The free checker: your offer text does not leave your browser

The checker is a JavaScript program running inside this page. The offer you paste is analysed on your own device by a fixed set of rules. It is not sent to our server, not sent to any AI service, not logged and not stored while you test. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab: running the checker makes no request. The only moment your text travels anywhere is if you choose to send the report request form, and then only what is described in section 3.

3. The report request form

If you send the form we store what you typed: your name, email, message, the offer text you chose to include and the score from the checker. We also store the time, your IP address and browser string, to stop abuse of the form. The record is kept in a database on our server in the UK, outside the public web folder, and a copy is emailed to info@ultimatevision.uk so we can write and send the report.

We use these details to reply with the report and to agree the £9 payment by email. We do not add you to a newsletter, do not sell or share the details, and do not use them for anything else. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in replying to a request you made, and then the agreement with you.

Retention: if no report follows, the record is deleted within 12 months of the request. If a report follows, the offer text is kept for up to 12 months in case you ask for a revision, then deleted. OWNER TO CONFIRM: retention periods.

4. The score and your device

Your browser holds the checker's output only in the page you are on; nothing is saved to your device by us. There are no advertising cookies, no login and no tracking pixels on this site. The site may load a privacy-respecting page counter (GoatCounter, hosted by us at stats.ultimatevision.uk) that records the page viewed, referrer, screen size and country, without cookies and without identifying you. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser string) for security and error diagnosis; they are rotated and deleted on a short cycle. 5. Who else sees the data

Our hosting provider (a UK server) stores the database and the mailbox. Email between us travels through normal email providers. No one else receives the details, and nothing is transferred outside the UK.

6. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our processing, by emailing info@ultimatevision.uk. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
