Terms of the checker and the report

Draft, 9 October 2026. Items marked OWNER TO CONFIRM are to be checked by Ultimate Vision Ltd before the £9 report is sold. These terms are written in the same plain language as the site.

1. Who is offering

Ultimate Vision Ltd, Gateshead, UK ("we"). Company registration number and registered address: OWNER TO CONFIRM. Contact: info@ultimatevision.uk.

2. The free checker

The checker is a tool running in your browser. It applies a published set of rules to the text you paste and prints a score, the state of five parts (who, what, price, benefit, condition), style checks, and suggestions. The output is an opinion produced by those published rules, not a prediction of sales, not a guarantee of any result, and not professional advice. You keep all rights in the text you paste; we never receive it unless you send it through the report form yourself.

A note on the checker's limits: it reads English and Turkish, it works on word patterns, and like any rule-based tool it can miss context a person would catch. That is why the score is free and the rewrite is the paid step.

3. The full report (£9)

The report is a one-off written analysis: a line by line rewrite of your offer, the weaknesses ranked, two alternative versions of the same offer, and 10 templates. It is ordered through the form on the site; we reply by email within one working day; the £9 is agreed and paid by reply (this page has no online card checkout yet, by choice). 4. Refund

If the report does not show you why your offer was not landing, reply to the report email within 14 days and the £9 is returned in full. No form, no justification needed. OWNER TO CONFIRM: refund window and method.

5. What we do not promise

We do not promise sales, rankings, followers or any commercial outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. The report improves the clarity of an offer; the market decides the rest.

6. Your part

You confirm the text you send is yours to share, contains no one else's confidential information, and does not include unlawful content. We treat what you send as confidential and do not publish it (see section 7).

7. Publishing analyses

The first 100 analyses may be published on the site, anonymised: names, brands and identifying details stripped. We only publish with your explicit permission, and never with your name unless you ask for it. Declining costs you nothing and changes nothing about your report.

8. Limits

Our total liability connected to the report is limited to the £9 paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss. 9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
